Adult Day & Voc Hab Service
At Fairfield Community Supports, we provide personalized Adult Day and Vocational Services that support independence, social connection, and personal growth.
Our program offers engaging activities such as life skills training, vocational skill-building, community outings, recreational programs, and opportunities that support overall well-being.
Our team focuses on each person’s individual goals — whether that includes building daily living skills, improving communication, increasing independence, or preparing for employment.
In a supportive and welcoming environment, we help individuals build confidence, make meaningful connections, and continue growing toward their full potential.
Homemaker/Personal Care
At Fairfield Community Supports, we provide compassionate, personalized care that makes a real difference. Our Direct Support Professionals are here to support individuals and families by helping create a safe, comfortable, and caring home environment.
Our goal is to promote independence, improve quality of life, and support each person’s unique needs.
We offer a variety of services, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene assistance, companionship, medication reminders, and support with daily routines. Each service is tailored to fit the individual’s needs, preferences, and goals.
Our team focuses on building meaningful relationships while supporting personal growth — whether that means staying independent, improving daily living skills, or simply having someone there for support and companionship.

Shared Living
Shared Living is a service that allows an individual with developmental disabilities to live in the home of a trained provider who offers daily support in a safe, welcoming, and family-style environment.
Unlike a traditional group setting, Shared Living focuses on creating a natural, home-based experience where individuals can build meaningful relationships, develop life skills, increase independence, and become active members of their community.
Each Shared Living arrangement is carefully matched to support compatibility, comfort, safety, and long-term success for both the individual and the provider.
