Shared Living
Fairfield Community Supports offers a unique and compassionate Shared Living program for individuals with developmental disabilities, providing a comfortable and supportive living arrangement that promotes independence and personal growth who live with his/her provider.

​Our Shared Living program connects individuals with trained, caring hosts who open their homes to offer a family-like environment while fostering a sense of belonging and community.

​Each individual in our program receives personalized support tailored to their needs, including assistance with daily living skills, personal care, social activities, and goal development.

Hocking County Board of DD has offered local funding for individuals in special circumstances to attend up to 104 days of Adult Day Services (ADS) or Vocational Habilitation, including transportation supports, or up to 4 hours per week of Home and Community-Based Services (HPC).
